Craig Paterson
Craig has been working in the construction industry for 22 years and has experience in all areas of residential construction. This includes four years working in the UK construction industry, where he worked in London’s renowned W1 district renovating multimillion pound homes. This broad experience has seen Craig in many roles including qualified carpenter, site supervisor, project manager and director. His experience in project management has given him the skills required when managing multiple projects. His passion is creating and delivering the finished products for his clients.
Professional Building Qualifications & Memberships
Craig is a member of the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand (CBANZ) and a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP). Being part of the CBANZ and a LBP shows that Craig is an experienced and trade qualified builder, who keeps up to date with best trade practices and building regulations. As a member of the CBANZ Craig is committed to giving clients professional renovation results that meet and exceed the standards of the building code. With his eye for detail and quality workmanship backed up by guarantees from professional associations his projects always meet his high quality expectations.
Outside the Office
Craig’s other passions include Scuba diving and underwater photography where he has travelled to numerous countries and dived in some of the worlds best dive destinations. He has also worked as a dive instructor teaching and guiding divers. He has been lucky enough to live and teach in places like Zanzibar Island which is an island of the coast of Tanzania. Craig has also played national league basketball and has a passion for martial arts including Aikido and kickboxing.

He also has a high reputation for delivering projects on time and on budget! He will deal with any concerns and questions who have about your renovation project and give you his expert advice for the best solution possible.
Craig is a family man, he and his wife Inbar have two young children (boy and girl) named Jordan and Samara. He is very family-orientated where family always comes first.
