Where BuildPlus Began
Based on Auckland’s North Shore in the suburb of Birkenhead, Build Plus started in 2006 by Craig and Inbar Paterson after a four year stint working in the UK construction industry. Craig has 22 years experience in the construction industry and has completed a range of building projects, with everything from top-end architectural homes to minor alterations.

Previous Renovation Experience
Craig and his team have worked on several multilevel apartment buildings in London’s exclusive west end.  With this experience in hand, Craig has developed an eye for modern interior and exterior design. During these projects Craig was resposible for a variety of roles including project manager, carpenter, site supervisor and director.

Build Plus are home renovation specialists. While we will build new homes for clients, our core expertise is renovating existing homes for Aucklander’s who love their current location.  We provide high quality workmanship and take a personable approach to your renovation.
