Part of our renovation work involves re-cladding and re-roofing old and run down homes. This Remuera property underwent a major facelift, which included re-roofing and re-cladding with a mix of today’s modern cladding solutions. The decks and handrails were replaced with hardwood decking and stylish aluminum railings.
Despite the extensive renovation works, the clients were able to remain living in the property, minimising the total cost of the renovation to the clients. With it’s modern look and feel, this house now stands proud in it’s East Auckland location.
