To lay the right foundations, we completed a major dig out underneath the property and re designed the home entrance way. This remodeling transformed the look and feel of the entrance and foyer, while providing extra space downstairs for two new rooms, including a in-home theatre room. In addition to the excavation and remodelling, we also took out non load bearing walls to put in a new open plan kitchen.
Since the successful completion of the first renovation, we were invited back by the clients to complete and second stage of renovation at this property, which will entail a renovation of the two upstairs bathrooms.
