A massive renovation and extension, this Browns Bay property required some outside-the-box thinking to complete successfully. Working with the clients existing plans and visions for their big renovation, we stripped back the building to its bare bones to transform the property completely.
A second level was added on top to include a master bedroom, complete with en-suite, a second lounge and office. To the front of the house a large double garage with internal access was added. The new additions now include wrap around decking with indoor outdoor flow from the new kitchen.
